Media SamMobile publish some of the photos expressed as S4 Mini. It appears his form is almost identical to the Galaxy S4 usual. I have Samsung Note-1 Phablet but I feel a slightly smaller phone size as that of S-4 mini would be more appropriate. A 5" plus phone is a bit too unwieldily.
